wtf is popcorn weed

don't want to sound like an asshole, but generally, "popcorn" buds are the smaller, underdeveloped buds when the plant is harvested. Generally, alot of people use their "popcorn" buds to make hash.

 

Yeah, popcorn buds usually refer to the smaller buds off a plant. Its true that they are usually not as good as the main colas on the plant, but that doesn't mean they aren't still fucking amazing.

I used to get popcorn off AK's a guy sold to the club. They wouldn't buy them, so he sold them for 120 a half and that is some of the best weed I've smoked and definetly the best value. Anyway, it all depends on the grower and genetics.

popcorn weed is the best, its this new strain....its top-secret, developed by the government! they cross bred corn and pot, so all you do is pick an ear of corn, shuck it, and puff it.

gets you ripped!!!! they made it with the intention of using it to taint moviegoer's snacks. then they'd sneak subliminal propaganda messages into the movies, and the intoxicated viewers would be more susceptible to suggestion. lucky for us the evil plan was thwarted and now cash croppers have a new, highly concealable form of cannabis to grow. it can even be grown on the roadside along legitimate corn stalks!

i guess genetically the hops plant is very closely related to cannabis, and the plants have been successfully grafted together...but unfortunately as i understand it you can't grow a plant that looks like a hops vine but produces THC

 

I dont know about you guys but there is a strain called "Popcorn" in the south. Its good nugs, not just small sized. Their some decent mids. Allot better then swag. Cost about $800. a lb compared to $300. for swag

Agreed. Popcorn on the cob would be quite the experience if that were the case.

 

Its a pretty common name here in the south. A dealer that used to work at my job a while back used to sell it alot, and bring popcorn blunts to work everyday to smoke. Im not exactly sure why its called popcorn, I just know its some really dank stuff. . its not the best weed around but its on up there. little more than half a joint got me stoned off my ass.

 

texasmade3, knows what he's talking about. I see he's from dallas. Like he said its not "chronic" but its pretty potent stuff. I've been up north and smoked pretty much everything I would compare it to some really good mids or some lower quality chronic. Its so much better then the swag we get here in texas. The popcorn actual popcorn is grown in the Dallas Irving area if I'm not mistaken reason some of ya'll might not have ever heard of it.

When I think of popcorn weed, I think of weed with tons of seeds.

 

I stay in dallas and been smoking corn since it came around bout 5yrs or so, Its just some good midgrade w/ very few seeds a little more expen than reggie but def worth it

 

In arizona popcorn bud was sorta like brick weed but popcorn bud was fluffier, and sorta popped up when you took it apart. Its low chron stuff.. nothing amazing but I'll smoke it

 

When I was growing up, the only weed that you could purchase was full of twigs and seeds. Alot of people were to lazy to clean the seeds out before they rolled a joint, so when you smoked it, the seeds would pop . So- people called it popcorn weed. I suspect that's where the expression originated from. .............PAX

Where I live popcorn is like 10 g's for 20 bucks its just like dank bud no seeds and has good tastes almost sweet
