yeild and envirolites

i have a 1 metre square grow space.. and looking to get some envirolites 2x200w bulbs.has i cant use a hps because headroom is tight does anyone know what sort of max yield should i get from each plant..looking to grow about 6.

depends on strain, how u grow em, time u take to flower/vegg etc. but greatly smaller and the buds will be alot smaller than with hps. 1m is allright if u will grow indicas, if they get too tall u can topp them, prune them and bend them

 

yeah. thats what i thought.. i know the headroom ive got is not enough for a 400w.hps would a 250w hps be ok in a 1m square.

what would produce better yield 250w hps vs 400w envirolite..

i cant decide.

250hps, pick an indica strain, get somesort of extraction and intake like an rvk 100 fan or something, and u will be fine, the extraction should get rid of most the heat :S

 

for comparison: my recent crop from 6 plants, 100% sativa (almost 8 feet tall indoor), 1000 watt HPS on light mover, ebb & flow hydro setup 81 days from start to finish produced 21 oz's or ~ 3oz per plant after curing.
