yoga and hips

    So i am an average girl, but I have this problem with larger thighs. I was wondering if anyone knows any poses to help with this. I want to fit into my size 2 jeans again. thanks for your help.

    yoga involves some mild and not so mild stretching. While this will get you in shape since stretching is good.

    it will not really burn alot of fat.. you will need a cardio, evelvated heart rate that will be sustained for an hour or aerobic workout.

    Yoga will help you with balance. And is good for breathing control. You can ADD yoga to other workouts..

    thigh machines, stair climbers.

    yea, I do yoga everyday. well for the most part. It actually helps alot. The bow pose and the one where your knees are beside you and you lay down. I lost a few lbs, so we will c. thanx for your advice.

    Get a bike.

    I'm a long way from being a young person, but I've been known to leave them in my wake.

    They got fat and lazy on computers and fast food.:)

    I've ridden bikes almost my whole life. No couch potato here. The first time I got a computer and internet, I gained 10 pounds in one month. And I'm a vegetarian. 26 years now.

    You must find a balance point. Mentally. Physically. And spiritually. You must not neglect any one of the three.

    Life becomes nuclear powered when you balance all at the same time.
