Ok, friends, I'm curious.. what do you think about Yoko Ono? Are you like those fanatic Beatlemaniacs with that "she killed The Beatles"? Or any other opinion?
I don't have a problem with her. I think John Lennon was just changing alot more spirtually than the other Beatles and he and Yoko had a true deep love and spirtual connection. When you are thrown into fame and riches like that at some point it is going to break. You will have to go seperate ways. There is no reason to hate over it. It is life and thats just the way it went down.
Yoko Ono... Well some things are ambiguous There's not just one answer. First, I believe she made John Lennon happy. He devoted to her songs, his band's name was Plastic Ono Band... Second, I think Yoko manipulated John. Like a sponger she used his popularity. It was very ugly behavior, that after John's death, Yoko tryed to take all his money for her son, but she deprived of legasy John's first son - Julian. It's not normal.
I didn't vote, because the "I hate her" option included something about her ruining the Beatles. That's not why I hate her. I hate her because she sold the rights to John Lennon to Nike. John Lennon Chuck Taylor All-star shoes!! A real product, people. By the way, Nike owns Chuck Taylor.

well, you never know...maybe she just thought that if the song was in a commercial, people might hear it and start listening to johns music and find out what he was into like peace and stuff ....a long shot but maybe that was her view....benefit of the doubt

if Bob Dylan went ot American Idol, they'd kick him off too.. If Keith Richards went there, they'd probably do the same.. We're not talking about her as about a singer, but as about a person.
i think she's more like a case of over-exposure. i mean it was o.k for lennon to have her over as a 'guest' in those videos et al but everyone (includin herself) seem to think of her as an interest item for today's news
