If you want you can try Brainwave Generator and experiment with some setings, check Brainwave Frequency Listing - http://www.lunarsight.com/freq.htm choose some and GO!! You can use 1 or more frequences at the same time or just only one.
To achieve some altered states of mind use meditation breathing.

Any informations about chakras frequency from 1000hz to 20 kHz?

I found some informations:

9000 is the highest level of HZ energy from your chakras while human on earth.Here is five levels of energy:

4000 HZ chakras - Spiritual level - 4-5 plus miles aura size

2400 HZ chakras - Intuitive Reality - 1-2 mile aura size

2200 HZ chakras - Mental Reality - 3/4 mile aura size

1900 HZ chakras - Emotional/ Astral - 9000 feet or under

1400 -HZ chakras - Human Physical - 800 feet or less

Can any one confirm these informations, or any website about these frequency, PLEASE.

I've always been interested in this stuff, it's supposed to be much more effective if you wear a headset with speakers and screen...to really imerse yourself in it...

Usally I use :

3Hz to 14Hz - some good effect but not to often
33Hz to 200Hz - bit difficult to me go over 5min
200Hz to 900hz - I balanced my chakras - IT WORKS for me !!!
and I started with frequences above 1000Hz - hmmm we shell see

I didnt try 20-25Hz very often so I dont have any good feedback.

 

I'm interested to see what effect 1000+Hz may have...

I tried frequences from 1000Hz to 10kHz in last 2 days and hmmm my all chakras started vibrating much faster and stronger than in range 200Hz and 1000 Hz. But I'm not sure what will be the final effect???

 

Its intresting yea .. but this kinda thing freaks me out som.. its kindv like a form of brainwashing.. who kno's really who makes this stuff, and what else it can be used for!! .. well i dont really kno so much about it.. so its only my own lil view....but it kinda seems like were gona turn into machine robots of our own devices with all this stuff n programming.. think id prefer to stick to nature personally!
i did get a lil spooked (not difficult).. i read somethin a while back on fourwinds.com , about somethin\ blue-beam project (i think) about usin things in the satalites in attempt to subliminally control mass of minds!! scary!!! but then its a two way thing coz if ya got too paranoid about it then i guess ur just bein controlled by fear of it anyhow.. ah well.. just b careful anyways x

how long do you suggest listening to it? and can there be other noises like a record player playing some hendrix maybe?

 

It is suggested that you listen to it without other music in the backgrounds. Your brain needs to hear the two different tones from both ears in order to form the effect.

The BWgen takes two different frequencies, say 300 hZ in the left ear and 310 hZ in the right ear. Your brain interprets this as the difference, 10 hZ (an alpha brainwave). As far as the LSD-25 effect, I never got anything from it, but there was some presets from Macro7 that had some weird effects. I suggest checking out Jet - Fallout 2 Mix. That one produced some really weird sensations.

 

I downloaded the BWGen, but I'm really lost on it's use, I know you can set the HZ to certain frequencies, so do you set it for both ears AND the same freq. for the frequency of beats? I'm kinda lost...
