it would be awesome to be polygamist, because you get to live in the middle of a nondescript flat field with nothing around, including trees.

although it would suck because you would have more than one wife, thats too much

That Warren Jeffs guy is scary! I saw AMW Saturday and it creeped me out. It weirds me out that there are guys in the world that have so little respect for women that they see them as objects they can just own and collect. I feel bad for those women because they may never know what it is to be loved by a partner.

 

they say he may be in somewhere called Eldorado, TX, 2 hours north of Dallas, or in Arizona, Utah, or Canada.

He's straight out of a horror movie if you hear him talk....plus they showed one super angry wife in his sect screaming at the camera in this little house on the prairie dress, terrifying.

I like the HBO show Big love though, of course thats a hollywood version

technically only the first wife is legally married to the guy...the rest of the wives are no different then live-in girlfriends...(they just like the word wife better)

I've watched Big Love a couple of times. That scene isn't for me. I'd want my husband all to myself. Yes, I'm selfish with sharing.

I don't think it's healthy for the children. Not one child will get the attention they deserve, especially if there are many children. How do they earn enough money for food, clothing, heat, doctors, etc.....?

 

They are all a bunch of perverts....65 year old men taking 14 year old "wives"...they like little girls...

Is it legal to have a bunch of girlfriends all live in 1 house or spread out in different homes in different towns???? Just don't call them *your wife* or lie on any welfare paperwork
