Your biggest smoking pet peeves?

Does anyone have something that just irritates you about people that you have smoked with? An obvious example would be bogarting the blunt/joint/whatever...

One thing that I noticed that bothers me is when someone lights the bowl every time it comes to them, even if the bowl is cherrying; it just burns up all the weed and you ruin the taste because you are burning through ash.

Anyone have any others?

 

yeh i hate it when people look for all the problems in their so called friends instead of talking to eachother about issues

i dont have problem with people i smoke with but a pet peeve of mine is not being able to get a joint lit once in a while in happens and it pisses me off to no end

So I figured it was a sign, and I needed to post here. My Pet Peeve is when people are holding the pipe or whatever, and they start to tell a story about something.

its annoying, but its not like I hate the person doing it.... they are doing it cause they are being a dumb pothead. LOL.

 

People who can't handle it but do it anyways.

 

When people spill the bong water out through the bowl, or when people cough/laugh/etc when they are hitting the pipe, and end up blowing the weed out.

My biggest one probably is when people try to act more stoned then they actually are, just because they wanna be cool or act all fucked up.

 

I just hate it when people act like they are the biggest stoners ever and then you end up having to show them how to smoke out of a pipe.

 

the bad things:

breathing into the bong
laughing into the bong
coughing into the bong

putting out a joint before the cardboard roach
sucking a joint hard at the start to the point where the first toke with the lighter burns away half the joint
holding the joint when weed amount is low (if theres plenty of weed its not a prob of course)
continually toking a joint after everyone has puff puff passed

eating all the food
never contributing food
intentionally buying food that other people dont want to eat so that they dont have to share but cant be accounted for the above two (actually this is what i do sometimes if i know others are violating the above two)
HiDing food! ughhh

people who are rude cunts when stoned
people who cant handle meaningful conversation while stoned
people who get paranoid to the point of starting arguements while stoned
people who do not think of the effects of their actions on other people while stoned
people who are too lazy to do favours while stoned
people who are too lazy to either help make food or walk to the store
(of course, people who cant do this normally arent people i tend to hang out with)

leaving the bong in the middle of the floor
leaving the bong on a table or ledge next to them

not being aware of where the chopped up weed is (and thus knocking the vessel it is within over)
when someone doesnt realise that the vessel you are handing them is full of chopped up weed
when someone forgets where they put the weed
when someone puts the weed on a ledge or (even!!) on a windowsill

but you know life aint about these things, tis about everythin else

 

there are only two things i can think of that really consistantly bother me much, and thats lipping so much that the end of the pipe/joint/blunt is gross, which is pretty common.

even more common and more irritating, though, is that an awful lot of people ive smoked with have NO CLUE how to smoke a joint or a blunt right without making it run. how hard is it to take a few small puffs without exhaling in between instead of sucking on that thing like money's gonna come out? a joint and a blunt don't burn the same way a cigarette does, taking long drags can often ruin it faster than anything else...not always, but still....people just aren't careful enough when smoking.

 

When people are being amature and loud and just won't shut up!

Getting the joint all soggy.

Blowing water up into the bowl or blowing the weed onto the ground. (gahhh)

The guy who takes a monsterous hit that he cant handle, and coughs his ass off when you're supposed to be sneaky.

 

My one friend gets really loud and talks a lot, she's very intense and it can get on my nerves. But I love her and love smoking with her

 

if you aren't acting shady and you cant really smell it, people won't think twice about it. i do that with joints all the time. i just hold it like a cigarette and no one thinks twice. would you think someone was smoking in a car if the kid wasn't being shady about it? if your too shady or are acting weird, it might draw attention. just be natural, unless a cop is around.


my pet peeves:

-people telling a story while they hold the bowl. (makes the session alot longer than needed)
-people blowing the weed out.
-people who bugg out over every little noise.
-people who bitch about the weed when you smoke them out.
-people playing annoying songs when your high.
-people who brag about smoking.
-people who can't roll blunts and try and then expect you to smoke this big pile of shit that they call a blunt.
-when your smoking by a window and the wind is blowing in the window.

 

Stupid people.

Well I absolutely hate people that always smoke of you, once or twice is ok, but always? Thats very fucking annoying and costs a lot.

Then seccond come this, I hate this probably even more, someone just rolled a spliff, and everyone is atmediatly going like '1rst!' '2nd!' 3rd" 'No was I 3rd!' etc.
I like to pass around a joint relaxed, not like that. But I don'tsee people that do that anymore.

And people who manage to fuck up a good joint.. I know them. Or just people that smoke on and on if you don't ask it back at some point...

 

For me it's people who are all too eager and happy to smoke your own stash
and never buy any themselves.

I cant stand people who have weed but wont smoke you up "sorry man i dont have much left, otherwise you know i would" even if you smoke them up all the time.
also people that wont throw down "sorry man im tryin to save up" but will still take hits after you get it.
