I was at school when Sex Education was first introduced to the UK Curriculum, but that wasn't included until late in the 4th year of Secondary School (ages 14 - 15), when, in reality, very little was covered - no ore than the simple drawings we are all familiar with that bear absolutely no relevance to the actual bodily parts that we were all familiar with.

This may not seem to have any relevance to the subject in hand, but the point I'm getting at is that in those days, in the mid-70s, this was a major leap forward, albeit extremely controversial, whereas these days, kids in primary schools are getting taught more about Sex Education than we were when we were twice their age, and rather than relying on the pathetic pencil drawings, classes are now being shown educational videos of the sexual act, which include how preliminary mutual masturbation brings about arousal, and even how various positions can be used.

It is obvious how far a cry this is from the early days, so if you consider the logical sequence of events, perhaps it won't be that far into the future that instruction into even more advanced foreplay techniques, such as those described, might be introduced - perhaps sometime in the future they might even introduce a separate GCSE (UK Secondary Education Qualification) in the subject.
