what do you want to do when you grow up, what do you think youl end up doing, and what is everyone forcing you to do?
I don't know. Nobodys really forcing me to do anything, but my parents seem to expect me to get married and have kids.
i want to be a wandering soul. i am expecting i'll just wander right back to san francisco. which will be fine. i'm not being forced to do anything. I'm free.
I want to be a writer Definetly will do that, in some form. No idea about anything else, am cool with it being a suprise. Err well I'm going to have to earn decent money, to live off obviously, then pay off my uni fees. Otherwise no real pressure.
I want to live off of my sognwriting and also be an herbalist.......my family TRIES to force me to be a lawyer or some shit....basically they want me to do anything but what I want to do.

Finish up college Go to uni (at the moment to major in Politics and Psychology....or something)Take a year or two out (a lot of people have reccomended gap years after uni Go back to South Africa to get my Masters/PHD Make enough money so that travelling costs are never an issue....
If I had listened to my parents I would be studying foreign languages right now, becoming a translator, still i went to med school completely without their permission, and they still don't agree... but i'm free to be anything i want, and their arguments are still very feeble..
I haven't quite worked this out yet I'm here for some purpose and once I've figured out that purpose and accomplished it I can have my life to myself that'll be nice.....
I'd love to just play music for a living, but I don't think that's possible because it's something that's really difficult to do. My family doesn't try to force me to do anything, and I have no idea what I'm gonna actually be doing, but I'll figure it out in time.
