Your opinions, please, if you have any...

I have taken acid in several different forms, but I'd like to know what everybody else here thinks is the best form or variety. By that I mean which one gives you the most bang for the buck? My own opinion is orange microdot, but I haven't seen that in a while.

i personally enjoy gel tabs the most, but the potency always varies...

although as far as gel tabs go, ive always gotten great tabs.

 

The form it comes in really doesn't say anything about the potency, although I don't remember the last time I got shitty gel tabs.

Blotter tends to be weaker due to it's tendency to lose it's potency over time/through handling - I remember when I used to hang out with an acid dealer, he'd let people lick his fingers after he'd been handling his stock (breaking up individual tabs of blotter), and you could get a decent trip off it

Conversely, liquid tends to be strongest because it has the least oppurtunity to decay.

Many varieties of blotter are also made directly from bottles of liquid, which gives even more chance of them having a lower potency - I've never laid blotter with a pipette bottle before, but when I buy drops of liquid acid, a single drop tends to come out big enough to cover 4 squares of blotter easily, which would probably explain why a lot of blotter tends to be around the 50-75 mics range, whereas liquid is often around 200-250.

Obviously a good dealer would put a drop on every single square, but one who was hoping to increase their profit margins (potentially by 4 times!), could easily be tempted to cut corners - that would also explain why some people can buy several hits of acid from the same batch, but not all of them will work.

 

all i know is that tabs aren't around any more as far as I'm aware of in this area. Liquid is and its great but the tabs I used to get, 10 - 15 years ago, were at least two to four times stroger that a drop of liquid you might get now.

I've always wondered how they make teh tabs actually.

I've had blotters and liquid before, and so far the blotters have been most potent, but I was lucky with the blotters I found so far, all of them were rediculously strong, strong enough to have a proper trip of half a blotter usually.
Either way the liquid was nice too, but I had srtonger blotters bceause I was lucky.

 

around here the kids like to get sweet tarts with the liquid on it. then you got the normal blotter. liquid isnt around really.

I just had some blotter which was the strongest I've ever had, very solid trip from one hit, crazy trip from 2, but like everyone has said, I think any generalizations made about the relative strength of the various forms of L would be just that: generalizations. I'm sure there is plenty of very weak and very strong stuff going around in every form.

 

best trip i had was when i bought a couple cubes off a hippie dude holding a "need tickets" sign for a dead concert i live close to the tweeter center concert venue,figured id ask him as i drove by he said meet me over by my van and sure as shit he dropped a couple drops from a vial into two sugar cubes for me right in his van,super cool guy only asked for ten bucks but i was so happy i gave him a twenty and said keep it(he looked liked he needed the money anyway lol)real nice guy though,those hippie people are very friendly outgoing folks,i wish i had tickets to give him...but anyway that was some of the stongest acid i had,because it was fresh from the vial? i dunno,maybe it was just the way that batch was made up...funny when you buy blotter you get this dried up paper that looks like nothing ever touched it,even 45 mins later after dropping your like fawk i think i got ripped but its probably not more then 15 mins after that it hits ya and you know it lol..i gotta say the cubes put me on an intense trip that lasted what seemed twice as long as any of the blotter i bought..
