I've been following them on Youtube for at least 15 years now. Their ASMR series. They're all free (though now I have more options there with paid membership). The first one I followed there was TheWaterwhispers Ilse. I think the next one was ASMRrequests. ASMRrequests is more physical, using massage too. Fern’s Holistic ASMR is a good one. She often does massages and spa treatments on her daughter Melissa. Or the most recent one is Cozy Queen. She often does massage and reflexology on her friend Al.

Or here is a good one:

A key word search will find any of these on Youtube along with "ASMR". Like I said they're free. They help me sleep and are good to relax too (like they say in them, they're almost like a mental massage). It's easy for me to use them that way because I finally figured out how to work my bluetooth speaker and have it by my bed now. Or you can record it. On your speaker and then as a MP3 file or even casette. Spotify has an ASMR series (I just made my own playlist of available ones for that.) Like I said, they help me relax and sleep.
