fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans all fresh and homemade from scratch:cheers2:
Nesta Just got that Foret ale we were talking about the other day, but I am going to wait to get home and out of my girlfriends parents place before I drink it
aw that stinks! i always get hungry before bed, but if i go to bed too full then i wake up starving, and if i go to bed on a light stomach than i wake up able to eat breakfast, but not too hungry. but i HATE waking up really hungry. dont give in! or else just have a small snack
Nope. I won't eat ... It's not healthy, is it? (aaargh... there's that little chocolate donut in the kitchen.. aaaa)
ah! something chocolate in the kitchen AND you're hungry?? i wouldnt be able to help myself. but thats why i have a little belly growin on me. but remember....donuts don't stay fresh for very long!
I don't know... everybody says eating at night is bad. No no no I won't. I don't wanna clean my teeth again.
if you eat too close to bedtime, then you fill yourself with food that must be digested while your metabolism is at it's lowest. it -can- be bad in that it -can- lead to weight gain.
i dont get it but your dinner sounds good. but when i previously (in another thread) suggested i might prefer the mattar paneer sans paneer, you called me a big dumby. but what i meant is i liked the peas and the sauce it was in, and the paneer wasn't bad but i just thought it offer much in the way of improving the dish
if you are under your general scope of daily calories, then eating at night really isn't going to effect much
I've heard that. I still say - if you're hungry, eat. I can't sleep on an empty stomach though. Good enough reason. By the way I like your user name. What does it mean?
yeah, i usually find it hard to do so. but i can sleep just fine without being full, so long as i'm not starving. unless i've been smoking that reefer
