Another Summary On Where Things Stand.

Everything about this situation from beginning to end shows I have less worth in someone's eyes and no rights. From the fact someone could get so personal with me to take away my car when I'm a good driver while they ignored all the criminals and people with suspended licenses around me, to how they thought it was all right to tell my neighbors two horrible things about me, which even if true they'd never to to the worst felon. And now it continues and no one cares and no one feels responsible or guilty in even the slightest way, all while I'm permanently damaged and faced with fighting this battle for the rest of my life. All while Wayne County Probate Court still tells me my case doesn't even exist. Because I am supposed to just play along, even though I never will.
But we have a name for that, when you treat a group with bias because they are different or when you misuse your power over them and then deny them any defense or solution. That's called predatory behavior. And we have a place for predators, it's called jail and prison. And if police and first responders think they can do it because the same rules don't apply to their boys club, that's called the Nuremberg defense. And we swore we'd never allow that excuse again.
And I am not going to rest until I get justice in this situation. Which starts with a month in jail for contempt for Eric. For all his years of abuse and neglect and trying to misuse his power over me. For vandalizing my washing machine and microwave, obviously on purpose (because the broken pipe in the basement couldn't have possibly affected the microwave, he obviously destroyed it somehow) and then jokingly leaving town then, almost killing my cats. (And BTW I do have a new microwave now, no thanks to him. But he still has to replace the washing machine he destroyed, and I'll probably be needing a new car soon, it's very old.) A month in jail for him to start with so he takes better care of me and to serve as an example to others.
