Further Update.

Like I said, I was taken by force to that hospital in NW Detroit July 22nd, and released yesterday. Obviously to drive home the point that I am not to question my doctors' actions no matter how wrong or reckless. And while I was there I was horribly neglected and put in constant danger with my Cerebral Palsy and threatened repeatedly for being gay. All while the staff made a couple of anti-gay comments themselves. And now I am on 7.5 mg Olanzapine. Levels that permanently damaged me in the past. And we know it damaged long before my doctors had the courage to tell me. And we also know that the person who damaged me with those higher doses didn't care about my welfare. Or as I pointed out in the hospital many times, really didn't care about who else they harmed. You are not supposed to harm someone with medicine for any reason. Since the time of Hippocrates, since the time trucks displayed the red cross, we have known that, as I have pointed out. But someone here just doesn't care about that. And my doctors agree I did nothing to deserve this, and my therapist basically says it is to protect people from getting in trouble too. But there's nothing I can do about it. The only I can do it always make sure I have a car and always make sure I am living independently so I have the most consent. (And as I also told people in the hospital, I was telling our probate lawyer around 2005, a group home is just a roundabout way of taking away my car. And also robbing me of my independence and consent. Which is probably why that suggestion, a group home for me, started coming up around 2005. So I am not ever falling for that again.) Even the worst criminal could not be treated this way. With secret legal guardians, forced medication, and hiding the harm it was doing from them. Harm that could really rob me of my mobility and independence for once and for all. The doctors would just not be allowed to tell me at all this time.

And when Michigan Adult Protective Services examined my home (and of course then found it in excellent shape) they made a big mess, especially in the basement. There's a flood there, some lights are out for some reason. (But I can't get to them now because they are in the part of the basement where the dirty, standing water is). There's a flood and a big mess. Food is destroyed down there, and also some electronics I bought and some stationary too. (It's hard to tell because some of the water dried up. And I now see there actually was more water there than just that, now.)

I sent my legal guardian Eric a text about all of this. But he is just ignoring it I guess. Because he hasn't responded at all. I think I will still keep him as legal guardian, for a couple of reasons. Our probate lawyer actually was the one who told me no legal guardian will really ever be good, or at least perfect. But Eric has the money, he's generally law-abiding and he fears the consequences of breaking the law and the rules. And I will always need his money. With all the special mobility aids and special care I will need some day with my Cerebral Palsy. Especially now that we are back to that nonsense again where it is all right to damage with higher doses of Olanzapine again.

EDIT: Also my clothing was washed in a bunch of neat baskets on the floor in the part of the basement where the standing water still is. I can't really afford new clothing, so I will just try to disinfect it with some disinfectant laundry detergent I bought yesterday. But I don't know if I should do that. I think what I really need is new clothing, and now. But as I said all my clothing was there. I have nothing to wear now. Maybe my legal guardian Eric should cancel his vacation plans now and buy me some new clothing as soon as possible. Hmm?
