Health care is a fundamental right, you know like education and public schools? But more basic and vital than that even. And we should have at least a 8 hour limit to the work day. Actually I found that was in George Washington's time when they thought that. Most countries have less than that. And rest and leisure are basic rights too.
Basic rights, all of the above.
