You know my understanding is (from the discussion around 2000), if they brough back the inheritance tax that alone would help so many people. Because it encouraged rich people to seek tax breaks by donating to charity. You know, "a thousand points of light" like his father claimed. And it would cost so little to the rich, maybe nothing at all even. Cost little and mean so much to those who have none. What's wrong with this picture?
