Ronald Reagan issued an executive order in the 80s saying the US would never assassinate a world leader. Why the heck not? You know they had protest song like that in the 60s. The old men make the wars but the young men are the ones who have to fight them. Like I used to tell people, so kill them then. Those evil leaders in other words.
