    Sure:
    If certain conditions be present.

I hit the ground when stepping off a cliff if certain conditions be present.

Why are you bringing the percentage of homelessness in California into a discussion about climate change?

Yeah if Gravity be present…hence Physics. But go on being pedantic I guess.

It’s more relevant than you think actually. Let’s enforce carbon taxes on everyone, turn off fossil fuels, and get national wind farms going. See how it goes.

That's what trolls do. The more absurd the better. He may be auditioning for Q-Anaon.The "syllogism" he's trying to advance, in response to California's climate problems, seems to be: California is experiencing lots of problems, due to the Democrats who control the state and local governments. And if the state would give up it's climate change measures those resources could be used to solve the homelessness problem. Simplistic enough that MAGA true believers might swallow it! But waddabout the billioniares? And now the trillionaire? And the Prez? If they could pitch in some pocket change and invest in the homeless and solar and wind farms and give up fossil fuels, it could maybe solve both problems! But that would be Communism, which would lead to climate control and eventually another Ice Age !!! And we're all gonna die of something anyhow, so eat, drink and be merry! Ecclesiastes 8:15. Top that!

So sun power, wind power and hydrogen "suck ass"?? Is this your scientific explanation concerning them to be zero pollution sources?? Well, that's certainly changed my attitude about the situation. I'll bow to your expertise. (straightened my ass right out):fearscream:

When we get into science details are important not pedantic.

You bring up a controversial (a word used in your link) study that found that the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation current may be stagnating due to the Greenland Ice sheet which is being thawed due to global warming, and this will lead to an ice age.
There are studies that dispute the study you cited but you either have no knowledge of them or ignore them.
    Case closed.

I am pointing out that science is not absolute and science deniers will often claim this or that study proves something or other as there can be no other outcome.
You used your study to try and force us to declare either global warming or an ice age are the only possible outcomes without defining what you mean by global warming, an ice age, or any sort of time frame.
    The details are important.

I think it's simpler than that.
    Something like this:
    California has a Democratic governor.
    California is combating global warming.
Even though California has a Democratic governor it has a lot of homeless people.

    Therefore global warming doesn't exist.

I’ve been asking for a time frame since 2023 and not a single one of you will give one. What will happen by what time frame?

And no, I used the study to throw doubt into the idea that you or anyone else actually knows what’s going to happen if we don’t get net zero like now.

You’re the ones who were just trying to tell me the Ice Age will be in 11,000 years. Now you’re changing your narrative since I used a study to point out what I originally pointed out which is that we are naturally due for an Ice Age now. That means if we get an Ice Age, it may or may not have anything at all to do with Manmade Climate Change. And it’s possible that Civilization itself is keeping the planet warmer and counterbalancing it.

Wouldn't that be Climate Alarmists that are saying there’s an absolute outcome if we don’t do something? You’re the ones saying this is guaranteed. Are you not?

We are NATURALLY due for an Ice Age ALREADY. With or without the Industrial Revolution. It’s actually Climate Skeptics who are open to different possibilities. Not you. That’s why it’s sacrilege to be a Climate Skeptic.

No. They suck ass in efficiency, actually.

Science is not absolute. Exactly. And calling people who question a particular narrative and even provided an alternate controversial study a Science Denier is itself anti-Science. Use your brain to try to put that together.

Yeah and anyone with a basic knowledge of Science actually knows that Physics has Laws that are always true, such as if Gravity is present you will fall off a cliff if you step off of it. That’s a Law of Physics. And there’s not one single planet in the Solar System and probably elsewhere where this wouldn’t apply. Even on the Moon, this would apply. It’s called Gravitation, which is a warping of the fabric of Spacetime. Have you heard about this before?

And you didn’t even bother to post the studies, but thank you for bringing them up. Science isn’t absolute is it? Finally we can agree. There’s a debate, and it’s not actually certain what’s going on with the Climate. That’s what Science is all about, actually. Not Dogma and disallowing the questioning of any particular narrative. Crazy, huh?
