i just don't see what the big deal is. Yeah, its symbolic, but its also just a piece of cloth, and I thought the U.S. was more than that.

I think he was a great man who needs to be remembered, but I think in today's society we should focus on civil rights in general for ALL.
Enlisting or doing ROTC has awesome benefits and pay. they do help pay for college, you get health benefits, cost of living is cheap, etc.
