shes right it should at least get the wax near the surface to melt into the paper or something more pourose to soak up more wax then paper..denim...
try 12-1 after 10-1 it will lather up at 20-1 but not a thick lather..but plenty to gert really clean lather isnt important though 12-1 is a good...
if u tried the deep cleanse without lemmon or aloe or vinagar then its absolutelky the wax oozing to the surface to resolidify just to be 100%...
i never used wax so never noticed the breowness wax is really really really hard to get out..nearluy impossible ..but dirt i guess trappoed on...
again look around .. many many people werre quite possitive they were wax free till they cut them off years later and discovered wax at the core...
washing with aloe can cause too much conditioning thats true but if u use it just the way wax is used ..sparingly only when really needed how can...
