Both prior to your stroke and now, do you suffer from TIA (Transient ischaemic attack), a condition where small blood clots affect your brain. The main symptom is confusion and loss of short term memory, causing confusion and mentally drifting back into the past. The duration is normally between 1 and 24 hours. They are often seen as an early warning of a full stroke.
A simple preventative measure is 75mg of aspirin a day which acts as an anticoagulant. However, you need to be careful, particularly if you have stomach ulcers or any other condition that could lead to haemorrhage. While the treatment is not listed by the BMA, it is widely recommended by many doctors.

 

I have a variety of medication and monitoring my daily blood pressure etc.

This has also effected my thought process and brain FOG.

I also eat lots of fresh fruit and nuts with raw, clean vegetables aswell as fresh fruit juice, but NOT, GRAPE fruit or juice!!
