Three more of them White Supremacists have been intercepted in Idaho and their leader had plans to kill some people, including a woman who is with BLM. Two White Supremacists have been caught with an explosive laden van in Philadelphia. Trump has been very effective in inspiring these types.

Is Trump about to reprise Herbert Hoover's historic defeat in 1932? By Gregory J. Wallance, Opinion Contributor 10/30/20 03:30 PM EDT Is Trump about to reprise Herbert Hoover's historic defeat in 1932? excerpt: "Is Trump any different? As the American death rate rose past 50,000, then 100,000, then 200,000, and continues to relentlessly increase, Trump insisted over and over that “we are rounding the corner” on the pandemic. A Trump administration press release claimed that “Ending The Covid-19 Pandemic” was one of the president’s first term scientific achievements, even though COVID infections are skyrocketing. Some of Trump’s comments have been as mindless and heartless as Hoover’s; for example, when Trump said that the nation’s COVID death rate was at a low level, “if you take the blue states out.”"
The U.S. would never win a military war with Trump. When faced with a crisis, he divides the U.S. and does all the work that the foreign enemies would have been required to do. He is someone who joins the foreign enemy if there was anything in it for him, even for frivolous reasons such as winning a culture war in his mind that involves sticking it to the long and increasing list of people and groups in the U.S. that he doesn't like. He has already done it with the coronavirus threat that has killed nearly a quarter-million Americans and by siding with groups who have plotted crimes against the governors.
Seeing shades of humanity at a Trump rally is abnormal. CNN’s Jim Acosta booed by angry Trump supporters: ‘This isn’t normal' Brian Niemietz New York Daily News Oct 30, 2020 at 3:47 PM CNN’s Jim Acosta booed by angry Trump supporters: ‘This isn’t normal' excerpt: "According to Acosta, he still see shades of humanity when he scans the shouting mobs around him. “Sometimes I’ll scan the crowd, not for the folks who are chanting but for the people who look back at me silently, letting me know they know it’s wrong,” he said. Acosta, who says his grandfather is buried at Arlington National Cemetery and his dad fled to the U.S. from Cuba, claimed at a Trump rally near Phoenix, one of the president’s supporters told him to “get the hell out of our country.”"
This has been a tragic flaw of people throughout history: knowing that a behavior of their group is wrong but conforming to the group and supporting it anyway. The notable Milgram experiment elucidated it. It has led to some of the worst calamities people have ever experienced. Every so often, someone comes along and lights the flame again.
Trump started a hotline that people could call when they think someone is violating his executive order that essentially bans diversity training by using a vague definition of what is banned. Groups are suspending their diversity training out of fear of having their funding suspended or canceled for not being compliant to whatever it is that Trump has vaguely defined as a violation. Agencies, Contractors Suspend Diversity Training To Avoid Violating Trump Order Heard on Morning Edition Melissa Block at NPR- Vertical October 30, 20205:00 AM ET Agencies, Contractors Suspend Diversity Training To Avoid Violating Trump Order excerpt: "The president's crackdown on diversity training is part of a broader culture war, Emerson says, a battle that plays on people's fears about what diversity represents. That fear, she says, is that "diversity is not for you. Diversity training is all about making you feel guilty about who you are, depriving you of your rights." "Of course," she says, "none of that is accurate, but that's a fear that many white people have about diversity efforts. And this seems to be speaking directly to that fear, and trying very hard to tap into that fear, and sow division and discord.""
Trump's executive order bans companies and organizations from conducting training that he calls "offensive and anti-American race and sex stereotyping and skapegoating". That definition by Trump sounds like the behavior of Trump and what diversity training has been trying to mitigate.
Column: Trump may well beat Biden. Why? Trumpism is a cult, and cult members show up. excerpt: "But the pragmatist in me knows it’s possible, and the reason is simple: Trump is more a cult leader than a candidate, and cult members show up. There are certainly stray percentages of Trump’s wealthy supporters who look past his narcissism and sadism and see him as a useful fool who will bring them tax cuts and conservative judges. And there are one-issue voters and some who simply can’t bring themselves to vote for a Democrat. But the core of Trump’s base ceased long ago to be a political party, becoming instead a group of people whose lives and identities revolve around Trump. They view him like this: He can do no wrong. He alone can fix the changing world that so frustrates them. Any word against Trump is a treasonous slur. Any news critical of Trump is fake. Any news making Trump look good or his opponents look bad is real. The world, and the facts, must bend toward Trump."
