well so far it's about at 2/3 that do smoke and that's close to the general population's stats so i think it has nothing to do with being dreaded...
be carefull most of the beaches there have dangerous water :(
no prob:) try to blowdry them if you can to keep them dry inside
my advice is spray your head with salt water and smooth it down, it won't be as noticable and the salt water will help them dread faster
