DON'T DO IT!! it's a mad bad idea. whatever you do will fade like someone above said or it will scar and you probably won't want whatever you do....
i agree with the color suggestion. black doesn't work well with colors. it's much better to get a dark hue of a mixture of colors in the painting...
you can still get stds from oral sex. so it doesn't really make a difference if you do that first.
