well you see i might jsut be the opposite, pot makes me have panic attacks.. so..
i get enough exercise through work.. and no i havnt been in a relationship in about a year.

its developed over the last year.. iv had some stress but nothing to the extreme.. it just gradually came i guess..
lol.. or i could DIE. wow that makes me feel good. and i do drink heavily at times. but i will keep that in mind.
well.. i have a few times in between like last summer and now but i wouldnt let that count really considering that has nothing to do with it...
i did 3 years ago.. but not anymore for certain reasons( job) iv had alot of really high pay jobs the last few years and they drugtest very often...
yeah i would say its more of a panic attack than anything. and some anxiety... i am really thinking of getting prescribed to xanax. so does it...

i have no social anxiety at all.. i have like a feel weird anxiety. its hard to explain. like im dieing or somthing i guess you could say
i dont care if its addicting.. as long as it works.. addiction is all in the mind.. iv learned to control any addiction
oh okay i see.. yeah its possible.. i get a some panic attacks somtimes.. about half of the time right before i go to bed because i get scared ill...
