No. Free Speech doesn't mean you can post pornography. Everyone with any sense knows there are limitations to speech.

That video was not pornography. It may have had the intentions of being pornography when the man was filming, but as soon as the jar broke the video was forever changed into a completely non pornographic video. And was posted to the internet as a non pornographic video. Yes, it was hosted/sponsored by pornographic websites, but the video happened to not follow suit. Nudity doesn't equal pornography. And as you can see none of us are even using this non pornographic video as porn.

But seriously, i could care less about the link, and the thread has been way off topic for a while.
