Well its not as if youre seeing a country different to Poland just because its a teknival Nah, would avoid all the tourist cunts that way and just be with locals that way..well if there were any tourists in Poland that is. Czech is the place I want to visit most but not in the next three weeks.
I'm Polish. poland is high on my list of where i want to spend the latter half of my life. i was born there and have visited there 3 times . . . it is the most underrated place in europe. The countryside is literally dotted with 1000 year old castles, titanic palaces and villas from the most juicy eras in history, along with undisturbed nature ranging from dense impenetrable forests to rivers, mountains, coastal, deserts . . . lots of historic sites related to chopin, curie, etc. i feel like i'm not on earth when i'm there. too bad this year it is in august. damnit nothing good happens end of may . . . even the serengeti is lame lol
Hmm...is that a good thing? I have a good few friends from Czech living here, most of them are from Brno though. So youre going to be there in August?
One week is far too little time to be traveling most places to be honest. I would feel like a tourist. 1) Kenya - Fly into Nairobi and take it from there. I'd pick up some Swahili and visit with Maasai tribes. I would do Kilimanjaro and hit the coast. I would bring supplies with me and help out at an elementary school. I would speak french with all of the displaced Africans, and I would drink gin and tonic Hemingway style to curtail the malaria. 2) BC - Vancouver, Kelowna, Nanaimo. I'd check out the wilderness for a week. 3) San Francisco & San Jose - I'd hook up with hippies. I'd prolly do a tour around the USA and meet up with a few hipcats from this site. 4) Halifax - I would eat donairs and be extremely sociable. I'd listen to Hip Club Grove and Buck65 and do many Irish jigs. 5) France - I'd go to Nice if I only had a week. Got a good friend there, and I know that I would have a blast and hit the beach. 6) A transcendental time and space, a secret place where time comes to a halt and where everybody knows my name. I like poetry. There's a place I know inside myself, And it's neither big nor small, And whenever I go, it feels as though I never left at all.
but I would have to spend more than a week, in most of those places. just some of my dream places to go!!!
hahaha well if Im stuck in Czech (definitely going to happen) youre going to be getting a pm from me hahaha probably not but still...you never know
