my least favorite thing about that type of music is, they don't have any real spiritual connection to their work. I dunno about anyone else but I like when you can tell the music came from their soul.
IDK the way i think of it is those guys are just funny guys so the lyrics are funny as well... and i actually can relate to one of their non funny songs
I really like Blink-182. Sure their stuff isn't legendary, it's not groundbreaking, but it's fun. I like it. They put on a good show, and they're very charismatic. At the very least, Travis is a fantastic drummer. To see him live is to see a drum-god. I've seen the man play the drums while spinning upside down! I can't even not vomit while spinning upside down! Anyway, put me in the I dig 'em pile. Don't put them in the good charlotte file, because they're way better, and less poseur-y. Lindiglo
