    I think that in the Boston area, pretty much all NHL games are only on cable, except the Stanley Cup Finals.

    I don't have cable, so I don't get to see the games so much. I'm also not much of a hockey fan.

    I have to say though, I was rooting for Montreal. The main reason is that Montreal is a much, much better city than Boston (sorry Boston, you suck).

    Another reason is the dirty hit that Chara made during the regular season. Montreal might have won the series if that hit hadn't been made.

    Another reason is that Montreal is probably the greatest hockey city in the world. In Boston, hockey is a distant fourth place among pro team sports.

    The team that should have won, the team that deserved to win didn't. Still, Boston will never be the hockey town that Montreal is, the Bruins will never be the epic franchise that the Canadiens are, and Boston will never be even close to being the city that Montreal is.
