It's kind of meaningless, because they are just listing the R0 value not the effective infection rate

Simple version is number of cases = number of initial cases X e^(r0 x time in days)

Which for the US, 77 days in gives you a ridiculous figure of 3 with 46 zeros after it

The more complex equations involve eigenvalues which is too heady for the vast majority of the population, but means even the tiniest errors with initial assumptions propagate super-exponentially into nonsense

They just always have to tweak the modelling to make it look right

HIV you are contagious for life, SARS 2, about 5 days, just comparing those two is ridiculous. Given the right circumstances, every one may end up getting HIV as soon as they start having sex, it just might take another million years...and technically anyone dying of non accidental deaths with be dying of HIV as their immune system is compromised because of it

But SARS 2, 2.2 million deaths in the US, that was never going to happen. Only would have happened if everyone in the US was a densely packed in like a city in China and it stayed the middle of winter

Prep is used to suppress the transmission of HIV via sexual activity, and drugs use. But Ive heard its more effective slowing rate of transmission through regular sex and not iv drug use. PrEP | HIV Basics | HIV/AIDS | CDC

Think after this I have a better understanding of both what actually happened with the Spanish flu and 1944/45 in Germany

Spanish flu; what, you had cops locking down suburbs and small towns on horse back, please. Didn't lock down shit. And how many people couldn't even read back then?

Germany; a lot more people knew what was going on than they made out. That fear of the Russians is always underplayed, especially with allied versions, Germans knew what was going on inside Germany and what happened in Russia, were petrified the Russians were going to come wipe them all out

The majority of what you are saying though never happened inside Germany. Do you think people in Germany knew what was happening in Poland?

Anyway, think we might be at a stage where everyone that dies in New York gets counted as a Rona death for now, then they go back weeks, months later and re-adjust the figures

    I don't believe that.

Reason 1: it's easy to declare things when everybody is dead and can't defend themselves.

Reason 2: my grandparents would have told me when I asked.

You're talking about an era in WW2 where no communication infrastructure remained intact and the only distant communication was from military communications and radios. The phone lines didn't work. The postal service was not operational. To hear something happening in Poland would have been heresay from one official to a family member then distributed between friends.

Not even the people fighting the war had a good indication of what was really going on. It's been documented thousands of times even Himmler himself said he would not burden the war effort by putting it on his people. It's a distraction. He was very clear about that. In fact he went for the gas not in the first place but after he realised that shooting people was too detrimental to the health of soldiers.

So as I've had to document a thousand times myself, recruits from foreign nations were used, voluntarily, to commit most of the atrocities to the East of Poland. I know nobody wants to believe that, but it's not hard to find the truthful information either.

As for Poland, 10% of the Polish population was deemed fit enough to be desired in the new world, which included the land of Poland itself. Cities were renamed in German Etc. and remarkably through all this even the Polish population seemed uncertain and unaware of what was happening.

So, unless the population of Germany had a good messenger pigeon program going on from country to country I just don't buy into it in a time where the country was literally blacked out.

That took me for a ride. When he said he was a doctor and that the course wasn't ideal, I thought I was on a ticket to a crazy 5g conspiracy.

When I was in my 20s I did work on cellular towers some of them were charged the time we were working on them..
    I can't believe in the 5G.
The amount of radiation an astronaut gets or a high altitude pilot is 1000 times 5G.
This band wave would be toxic at the source. Putting hand on transmitter plates.like putting hand in a microwave, grabbing transmitter antenna of a 25watt ham radio can give a burn..

My phone has 5g but I only use 4g because the battery lasts significantly longer.

George Pell’s freedom has been resurrected in time for Easter. Interesting outcome. Feel sorry though for any victims of child abuse- abhorrent crime.

"To say it simply for people who are not pulmonologists, if you think of the lungs as a balloon, typically when people have ARDS or pneumonia, the balloon gets thicker. So not only do you lack oxygen, but the pressure and the work to blow up the balloon becomes greater. So one's respiratory muscles become tired as they struggle to breathe. And patients need pressure. What Gattinoni is saying is that there are essentially two different phenotypes, one in which the balloon is thicker, which is a low-compliance disease. But in the beginning they display high compliance. Imagine if the balloon is not actually thicker but thinner, so they'd suffer from a lack of oxygen. But it is not that they suffer from too much work to blow up the balloon. As far as how we're going to switch, we're going to take our approach differently from the traditional ARDSnet protocol in that we are going to do an oxygen-first strategy: We're going to leave the oxygen levels as high as possible and we're going to try to use the lowest pressures possible to try to keep the oxygen levels high. That's the approach we're going to do, so long as the patients continue to display the physiology of a low elastance, high-compliance disease."

There is a doc by that name in Brooklyn.

    Another video here

Do COVID-19 Vent Protocols Need a Second Look?

His body language is convincing, no defensive hand gestures, no changes in tone to hide lying, always looks slightly to his left when recalling information in a way that says he is actually visualising a scene

And what he says, well makes sense

Dude may be on to something. Not really that hard to believe all those doctors so far, under pressure quickly, might have stuck to certain assumptions

Dr. Fauci: "Unless we get this globally under control, there is a very good chance that it will assume a seasonal nature in the sense that if - and I hope it's not only if but when - we get it down to a point where it is really at a low level, we need to be prepared. Since it will be unlikely to be completely eradicated from the planet, as we get into next season, we may see the beginning of a resurgence. And that's why we're pushing so hard to get our preparedness much better than it was but, importantly, pushing on a vaccine and doing clinical trials for therapeutic interventions so that hopefully, if in fact we do see that resurgence, we will have interventions that we did not have in the beginning of the situation that we're in right now" [source]

Translation: Fauci knows it's not going away and we'll, at least next northern hemisphere winter you will be more prepared
