Being half-black and half Samoan I’m not surprised he had a rough go with COVID-19

Robert Pattinson reportedly has coronavirus as The Batman filming shuts down

Production has dramatically stopped on Robert Pattinson’s The Batman as the actor has reportedly tested positive for coronavirus.

Sources close to the set have said the highly-anticipated DC film has now been “thrown into chaos” as the lead star is said to be the one who came down with the virus, just days after filming resumed.

Oh, here we go, recalculate the modelling, 3000 deaths a day in December, but no one use the word "winter", could only be from mask use

Key model predicts 410,000 US Covid-19 deaths by January

“If a herd immunity strategy is pursued, meaning no further government intervention is taken from now to Jan 1st, the death toll could increase to 620,000," according to IHME’s briefing.

IHME expects the death rate to reach an unprecedented 3,000 a day by December, due in part to “declining vigilance of the public.”

Here in the northern hemisphere it is a given that December means winter.

There’s no reason to mention it.

Oh, that’s right it will go away when the weather turns warmer. Ha, ha, ha…

Not only did we have one of the hottest summers on record, but the areas most affected were in the south and southwest, the hottest regions in our nation.

During the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic, 675,000 Americans died during a couple of years. The second winter was worse than the first that time. This time we have Coronavirus. And in just six months we have 190,000 Americans dead. In two years of Coronavirus running unchecked by an unwilling Trump administration, we will have a more catastrophic outcome. Trump and Pence consider economic activity more important than public safety. All other presidents saw it the other way around. In other words, Trump has it ass-backwards.

WOW and the 30,000 dollars a semester tuition is non-refundable

11 Northeastern students dismissed for semester after being caught at Westin Hotel gathering, school says

    BOSTON —

Northeastern University has dismissed 11 first-year students after they were discovered together having a party in a room at the Westin Hotel in Boston on Wednesday night,
n violation of university and public health protocols that prohibit crowded gatherings, the school said.

The students and their parents were notified Friday that they are no longer members of the school community for the fall semester and that they must vacate the Westin
within 24 hours, the school said.

"The main test used to diagnose coronavirus is so sensitive it could be picking up fragments of dead virus from old infections, scientists say.

Most people are infectious only for about a week, but could test positive weeks afterwards.

Researchers say this could be leading to an over-estimate of the current scale of the pandemic."

Yes of course, that's why the state of Victoria went onto 'full lockdown' recently and also why there are so many Corona virus deaths in the US.

You VG are the biggest prat on the planet !!!

Melbourne got everything under control. Sydney looks to be outnumbered or something from the looks of the photo. ;)

My feeling is that we can not be too careful, and though it stinks to be locked down with stay-at-home orders or partial closures - the bars and gyms etc. - are meant to assist us in remaining in good health.

7,000-Plus Missouri College Students Got COVID

As colleges and universities return for in-person classes, all eyes have been on whether communal learning will lead to COVID-19 outbreaks. The answer is clear in at least one state. "More than 7,000 college-age people in Missouri have tested positive for the coronavirus since classes resumed in mid-August, fueling spikes in confirmed cases in the state's college towns," said Gov. Mike Parson, reports the AP. "Recent single-day positive test rates in some college towns have been as high as 45% for people in the 18-24 age group, Parson said. That's more than eight times the national positivity rate of 5.5% for people of all ages…."
