Then you should try Sichuan. Spicy af. Mapo tofu is literally fire at the right spot. Went to this one joint in Chinatown and had to sign a waiver to eat the level 3 spicy Sichuan chicken. They dont even put the sauce on the food. They give it to you on the side. Dipped my fork in it to coat the tines of the fork and flicked over the whole plate and was good. Took home half an ounce and it lasted months.

You seen the spicy noodle challenge online where people are eating the Samyang spicy noodles? I eat those all the time not for a challenge but because I love spicy food too. Mexican, Thai, Sichuan... bring it on
