I don't understand. The darker blue squares have higher numbers. I can see that. But what do the numbers indicate? Numbers of donors?

  9. I hope when the votes are finally tallied for the Dem nominee, Bernie wins it. That would be so fucking awesome. I have to register to vote, so I can vote for him. He's not in that bad of shape. He's still got a lot of years left. I think he'll live to be 103.

that's a fascinating page, but I'm not sure I understand their results, or their meaning. I think it's showing stronger support for Sanders among, say, forklift operators than, say, accountants and auditors. Those are the two I looked at. The difference is about 30%, with 22% of accountants supporting Sanders, and 54% of forklift operators supporting Sanders.

Maybe I'm not comfortable with differences in education or something...

I was saying it in reference to Joe Biden pretty much telling an entire generation that their problems dont matter and to pull themselves up by the bootstraps

I might be naive but I know that alienating a huge block of voters isnt the way to win an election

It shows to me that he's actuly a popular candidate among working class. Most people never donate to political campaigns. The party gives them enough. People keep giving to Bernie. He is still the outsider according to the media. He has competition but he's still not supposed to be one of the party's chosen. His competition has taken his message and passed it through their 1%. I think the mainstream media is keeping him around to bring his voter to someone else. They have all the money still and the media will so what they did in 2016. He was more popular to voters than Hillary than too. He was "too old with not enough voters" then too.

People have merchandise for 2 politicians: Sanders and Trump. Like hats, bumper stickers, public events you attend. People had those in 2016 and kept buying them after for each, I saw a few Hillary stickers. It's either a small amount of crazy people who are in a cult or it says a lot of people have the same opinions. He's still too much of a threat to people that can stop him. Trump is a businessman who does business friendly tax things. He's not an outsider he's the rube the proletariat elected. Sanders understands their goals.

People still say "but he's a socialist". His policies are very similar to the economy of 1950's.America. People never think of how socialist that was. Only Americans have an issue with this word. Yet we have many aspects of it.

    That's what Bernie is doing.

  16. I appreciate your optimism, but the very best thing for Bernie right now is to pull away from all of this. Otherwise, he needs to select a seriously popular VP so he can spend his first year or so as president on a sabbatical.

  18. Are you kidding? The man had a heart attack and he looks as fresh as a teenager. Bernie is incredibly powerful. He will fulfill the duties of the presidency with strength, vigor, and resolve. And I just don't understand why you don't seem to know how happy you'll be when he wins.

How so? Can you be more specific? His policies would benefit like 90% of the country

Bernie has made an attempt to reach out to voters all over the country and address their specific concerns, it's admirable. How has he ever done anything that compares to telling an entire generation of people to just suck it up and deal with their crushing student loan debt and all the economic disadvantages that come with it?

I don't know how many times I have to say this. Who are the people who vote? Old white people. Who are the people who fear the term "socialist"? Old white people. All trump has to do is repeat the word socialist, and game is over for Bernie, and the country.
