Everybody has biases. Some people are/were able to accept diversity, some won't.
The bottom line in this country is that people want to live in the past because everything is black and white to them, and they don't have to think.

I like Sanders.

 

If you like socialism. I like to keep my money. I work hard for it. I d feel like giving it to others who don’t. Again Trump 2020 in a landslide. America has the greatest economy in over 50 years. I like to keep my first second fourth and sixth admentments safe. Every Democrat hates truth and free speech.

 

See.. the cool thing about said "socialism" or rather social democracy as we like to call it in sociology is you get allll the things you need. roads are paved and insurance premiums are payed. People are generally happier than we are in this country in many of those countries. It's not bad when your health is better and your parks are clean and all that.

 

They are paved around the "nicer" neighborhoods. At the edges of the county, or where the sub-quarter million homes sit, roads are another matter. Roads are actually a very obvious class issue that anyone can see.

 

yea. They need to fix them. But we can't afford it right now. I keep telling the guys outside the grocery stores with the petitions "We need those taxes!". They usually want to introduce something that's going to make taxes stop. I tell them "that revenue is how they fix things" but no... no can do. One guy explained to me "they say they will and then the money goes somewhere else."

I am going to be honest, just to be fair.

I don't think Biden is corrupt. He may be taking money from a superpac but that isn't illegal. And it's a drop in the bucket compared to what his opponent does with regularity!

But I'll bite... (though I'm not tuning into the video) What are the ways it claims Biden is corrupt? Is he laundering money in the Caribbean or something?

I just don't think he has it in him personally. He's kind of like an old dog to me. He has been around forever! And he hasn't been exposed until now?? I don't know. I guess anything is possible, and I don't know everything.

But why would you be against him so whole heartedly? I guess you must think there are like-minded others around. might be right... (was going to put an emoji here. Can't find it.)

 

well it's like this...remember when Pelosi said we have to pass ombamacare to find out what is in it? its the same with this video. if you don't look, you'll never know what's in it.

I like Sanders too, after all he was able to drag Clinton kicking and screaming to the left on economic issues which is quite an achievement given how close the Clinton's are to Wall st and assorted economic royalists who run the republic.

People who just drop a vid in political discussions on social media without wanting to expand on the what and why usually don't for a conscious reason.
