Taking a walk down memory lane, weren't Republican in the same boat in 2016? At least we're not stuck with a monster as our candidate!

"The charges brought by Mueller's office largely revolve around false statements Stone is accused of making to the House Intelligence Committee regarding his communications with associates about Wikileaks. He also stands accused of witness tampering in connection with humorist and radio show host Randy Credico's testimony to the House Intelligence Committee"

"The special counsel’s indictment comes amid scrutiny about the self-described “dirty trickster” and his alleged contact with WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange in the summer of 2016."
Mueller has accused 12 Russian intelligence officers of hacking those emails, and it's the consensus of the U.S. intelligence community that those Russians "relayed material it acquired from the DNC and senior Democratic officials to WikiLeaks."

But Soul, it kind of proves there wasn't any direct communication between Russia and Trump. If there was, there would have been no need for Stone to try meet with Assange

In the indictment itself it says no Americans willingly colluded with any Russian agents

"In announcing the indictment Friday, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said he had briefed President Trump on the indictment earlier this week, adding that although Americans corresponded with the indicted Russians, in this case no Americans knowingly conspired with Russian intelligence officers.

The White House was quick to respond once the indictment was made public, spokesperson Lindsay Walters saying, "There is no allegation in this indictment that Americans knew that they were corresponding with Russians. There is no allegation in this indictment that any American citizen committed a crime. There is no allegation that the conspiracy changed the vote count or affected any election result.”

What you need to know about the indictment against Roger Stone

If there was any collusion, Russia would have just given the emails to Trump's handlers and Stone would have never needed to bother trying to meet with Assange

It's like talking about socialism though. You could argue about about the concepts for hours, years, centuries

But it's something that is impossible to implement.

Even if someone were able to implement Universal Welfare in the US. It's not at all Universal if not implemented in Africa and China at the same time. Because part of what funds that system would be the interest African countries pay on the debts they owe the US whilst most of their citizens scrounge on $1.50 a day, and you would still have 500 million Chinese workers making all those cheap products earning 1/8 of what US citizens get for free under Universal Welfare

You would only just be pretending it's Universal.

Divide all the wealth in the world including assets, divided by the number of inhabitants it comes out around the $US30,000 a year mark per person, if you don't include non liquid assets, it comes out roughly around the $US5000 a year mark

We could all end poverty in a heart beat world wide, not to mention all reduce our
carbon footprint if we all share equally and could be guaranteed no one else was going to take advantage. Implement a UBI worldwide to 8 billion people at $US1000 a month, $US 12000 a year, that's $US 96 trillion to fund that, it wouldn't just be the wealthy or corporations we somehow tax, it would be all of us in the first world to take a bit hit

New Hampshire isn't Dem heartland, it's a swing state.

Republican chumps are invested in Trump because he tweets 36 times a day. It does seem to be an effective messaging strategy for the minority of people who don't hate him.

That’s the thing. Trump is a rock star - the Dems need a rock star to beat him.

    They don’t have one.
