I used to have an unhealthy drinking habit. I remember I got really shaky on at least two occasions because I needed a drink.

Diluted brandy isn't effective for killing germs. But then, 150 proof Vodka won't either. Once it's in your stomach, the germs can invade easily. Best to avoid having them by washing out your cup every so often.

 

I don't get the 'shakes' because I don't drink enough of it, and then not EVERY day, but in my morning coffee - a small tot is lovely !!!

Have you tried the vodka at Target? Do they have a Target where you live?

I remember when I was drinking being delighted that the vodka was so inexpensive for a 700 ml bottle or something like that; the fifth. Anyway, and they have flavors galore! Yeah. I had birthday cake flavored vodka. Lemme see if there's a picture of it.

It was UV brand... I can't find a picture of it that resembles the image in my heart, lol! It doesn't look the same anymore. Maybe they changed the bottle. And the other brand, Pinnacle, makes it too, but I don't know if it's as cheap or good.

The sad thing is I cannot drink. I have a problem and so I've sworn off of the stuff. But you enjoy!

I do what I can to buy my hard liquor in California. Alcohol taxes are much better there.

Our Target retail stores don’t sell hard liquor. Just beer and wine.

We don't have a Target. I just buy the cheap stuff at the grocery store. And flavored liquor has never appealed to me. You can still sense the alcohol taste, which is putrid, in my opinion. I just take a swig and purse my lips and try not to get my taste buds too involved.

 

Ugh. I live in a stupid nanny state too. Have to go to a liquor store which can't be open on Sundays. Which are usually the days I think about making a cocktail.

 

Alcohol really doesn't help prevent disease, just the opposite. I hope you didn't mean this to be taken seriously.

 

Outside of Hubei, the fatality rate is 1%. Pandemic is not certain, but there's a good chance there'll be one.
