    Curtis only got probation and community service. They should have made him apologize in public for all to see so he could be publicly shamed and he should be banned for life from ever participating in any political activity including voting. I wonder if his former wife could sue him. After all... he deprived her of her right to vote, or tried to, anyway.

    After reading some novels by John Brunner I am beginning to think that Trumpo's team must have read this science fiction as well. The scenarios in these books parallel the mass hysteria and insanity that Trump has been fomenting upon the world with 'alternative facts.'

    59 days and 21 hours before the Presidential Election.

    I can understand why trump is doing everything he can to disrupt the US postal service.

    We just had a primary here in the state of Massachusetts and recorded the highest voter turnout ever due to mail-in ballots.

    Why subject yourself to the possibility of being exposed to the coronavirus when you can simply
    mail-in your vote?

    Good point. Most of the trolling about politics seems to come from people living in foreign countries.

    But then I know enough history to realize that the US has interfered with more elections around the world than any other country ever has.

    We get our ballots in the mail and then drop them off at a polling place. That way, the postal service has nothing to do with it.

    (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. labor-market rebound extended for a fourth month in August, offering hope that the economy can continue to recover despite a persistent pandemic and Washington’s standoff over further government aid to jobless Americans and small businesses.

    Nonfarm payrolls increased by 1.37 million, including the hiring of 238,000 temporary Census workers, according to a Labor Department report Friday. The unemployment rate fell by more than expected, by almost 2 percentage points, to 8.4%.

    The penalty for Third Degree Sexual Assault in Wisconsin: A person can be imprisoned not more than five years or fined not more than $10,000 for committing third degree sexual assault.

    Doesn't say anything about being shot in the back 7 times and possibly paralyzed for life from the waist down. - interesting.
