^^ Right! If you have any guidance ... I want to find another one a lot like this one:

My friend and I went to an ambient campout in the hill country near Austin. The music and screens were in a dell that opened onto a small meadow. It was a perfect place, with huge oak trees like a roof over everything and a campfire in the middle. I’d guess there were 50-60 people there.

We camped just a little over to the side of the meadow about 60-70 meters from the music and screens so had a perfect view of it all. We had a canopy set up as well as our tents. Around 5 in the afternoon we each took 20mg 2C-E. At first we were reading a journal on psychedelics, death and dying and talking about involvement in that effort. As we started to come on we walked into the woods, wandering separately around with vertical bands of energy coming out of the bushes and trees and like a shimmering mist in the air. As night fell we made the trek back to our camp. It seemed like a long walk, though it wasn’t.

When we got back to the tents we lay back under the canopy for the music and lights. It was all astonishingly perfect. I don’t even know what the music was, other than ambient, but it was beautiful and moving and very psychedelic. Because the center of things was in that dell, the lights projected onto the leaves as well as the screens. We were pretty much unable to move except I got up a few times to urinate and of course each time something weird happened. Once a guy came up to me and started asking questions whose meaning I had no idea of. I kept saying, “I don’t understand what you’re saying” and he kept repeating what he was saying. I had to leave that one. Basically we spent the night in a psychedelic daze in waves of beauty and fulfillment (my friend said I groaned a lot during the night). I got into my tent around 3 or 4 and awoke about 8.

This was what I’d been looking for since I began again exploring consciousness. It was perfect. The people were nice, easy to be around; the place was beautiful; the music and lights were great; I was with a good friend; the 20 mg 2C-E was the right dose.

There were no major insights or experiences. In these years I seem to be in a process vs. experiencing life-changing revelation. Little by little I find myself doing more positive things, like baking bread, working more in the garden, not watching TV, being more perceptive of others.

Sounds like an Ambient Campout courtesy of the Reverend herself. :2thumbsup:

If you like that one you should check out beach camp, when they do the exact same thing on North padre Island seashore. Just a few good folks and some blissed out beats bouncing off the waves! bring a 4 wheel drive and some swimming shorts.

It was the Reverend herself. So perfect. The Padre Island thing is a long way to drive, but surely worth it.

Yes, to dance beneath the diamond sky with one hand waving free
Silhouetted by the sea, circled by the circus sands
With all memory and fate driven deep beneath the waves
Let me forget about today until tomorrow

@floes: There is underground sound at (or near) camp bisco but if I'm not mistaken that's the place that just got all their party liscense taken away. There are a couple events I know in Cali I could tell you about but I probably won't go to anything until fall.
