I have, it's hard. It's terrible to be in the back of the car with them smoking. It makes me want to smack them
Congrats to all the quitters! It's been 3 1/2 years for me, after smoking longer than some of you have been alive-lol. I was seriously hard core. I think it takes truly knowing in your heart (NOT your head) that you have to do it for your health (or that of your loved ones). It's still hard and different methods work for different people, but it's doable.
It's been 1 year, 6 months and 15 days since I quit smoking. I smoked for 4 years. Yep. I miss it sometimes. But my asthma prevents me from ever doing it again. So does my sanity.
I quit last July. I've packed on the pounds from dealing with an increased oral fixation, but still feel healthier.
