    1) Got out of bed and put on my clothes. I went to the doctors and he prescribed me anti depressents. Lofepranine. Not sure what it will do as I have never taken anti depressents before.
    2) Went to Eltham to do my New Deal course. My mousette girl Amanda wasn't there today. (Yesterday she drew me some kingdom heart pictures and a mouse wearing clothes.)
    3) Went to Barnadoes to buy Now 4, Dirty dancing and ultimate ballads, on cassette. (Cannot eat from 8.30pm tonight. Got blood test tomorrow morning)

Lofepramine can be harmful to your body in some cases, but hopefully all will be fine if you choose to go ahead with the drug. I personally had very bad experiences with antidepressants, and found the only biological change i could make which was effective was to include more vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids in my diet, along with soothing baths etc and lavender under the pillow for my insomnia. Plus exercise etc of course, and the right company.
But every case is different and you should do what you feel is right and what you sense may help you. I have noticed theyre VERY hasty with whipping out the drugs though, when other therapies (diet, counselling, exercise) should usually be tried FIRST

    Good luck:)

    1) Got out of bed around 9.30. Had a wonderful sleep last night. Had three pork sausage rolls for breakfast and took my pills.

2)Took my anti depressent. Not sure if it is doing anything yet. Some people say it takes a while.
3)Went to New deal course. Saw Amanda sitting there with glary eyes stuck to computer. Have her email address. I'm in there;)

    1) Woke up at 4:30am after having a nightmare about a pigs head on a human body. It was alive and droopy looking. I was injecting something into the back of my neck and then I saw someone, the light went out and I let rip a scream.

    2) Had some milk and took my pills. (They keep me alive. If I don't take blood pressure tablets, I go into hypertension. If I don't take anti depressents, I am a goth and If I don't take echinacia, I fear I will get a cold this winter.

3)Pawned dvd player. Will do a buy back soon. Took a walk through a park. Lots of squirrels gathering nuts.
