3 things you did today

My school just had about 4 sandwiches and every single one was meat. Nothing else on sale except coca cola and sweets in those machines. It was a really vile school though, really filthy and germ-filled and full of heroin addicts and people spitting and weeing on the floor. I hardly ever went, which is probably why i passed GCSES

 

My school wasn't too bad with vegetarian food, although I chose not to eat the hot food most days. I went for falafel pitta and that kind of thing. I rather liked my school, but being vegetarian wasn't the way they expected you to be.

1) Felt quite ill so decided to cancel plans and stay in
2) Needed to run to my accountants and went looking like death warmed up
3) Wrapped up warm, got into bed and read my book with a cup of tea.

Now I want falafel pittas! The veggie burger tasted a little regurgitated, won't be going for that again! Normally I have something from home or I do actually go out for lunch, although the cake shop's so expensive I just end up eating a roll. Better off going home for lunch really!

 

Hmmm our school says theyre doing a healthy eating scheme - which involves getting rid of the crisps and all and getting sugar filled cakes etc for a higher price.
1. managed to convince my dad to let me stay at home
2. went to sleep for about 3 hours
3. started to plan dinner xD

 

This has to be a joke, hasn't it? J0hn you really are just winding us all up aren't you?! You are actually playing a very clever joke, an incredibly well observed parody of a bigoted rightwing taxi driver...

Yeah, bring back child abuse!

 

Disciplining children is not child abuse.. if a kid does wrong, you smack 'em. Teaches them not to do it again much more quickly than "we're very disappointed in you".

 

I think parents can teach right and wrong without the need for smacking children. My parents didn't smack me and I think I learnt right from wrong.

 

That would depend entirely on how you did it. Some methods of 'disciplining children' are undoubtedly abusive, and some undoubtedly not...

J0hn used the words "severe punishment" which brings to mind canes and beatings, which are rightly outlawed...

 

When I was at Uni there was just one vegetarian in our college. People came from all over to stare at him. He had to have a cheese salad for his dinner every day. Every single day.

 

Aww poor thing!

I can't remember how the food was at college, I usually hung out in the "strange people's" room and survived on citrus polo's and Dr Pepper! Either that or I was in the library!!

 

I am one of the library gremlins, it's quiet in there and I get to talk to my mates who are younger than me, can't do that in the stupid sixth-form slumming room, the music of choice is currently an N*sync album, kill me now! There really aren't many vegetarians at school, I had a nosey at the school sandwiches today (don't really like sandwiches) and the only one suitable for vegetarians was egg mayo! Planning on either hazarding the school salad (they've had the same pots out all week) or going to the bakers and scraping together enough to buy a roll and a doughnut, the only things I know for sure are vegetarian because I actually asked!

 

4. ordered business cards & leaflets for my kinesiology practice.. plus I got a free Tshirt with my info on! So I'll be wearing that around town haha..

 

Had yet another cancelled lesson, so:
1. For the first time in ages I actuaully put my thoughts onto paper and wrote a poem. Irritatingly it became so from the heart that I couldn't even consider posting it on here!
2. Draw a shockingly bad picture of a festival on acid. Every single person appears to be on a different scale and have sausages growing out of their head.
3. Discovered that wearing a scarf in my hair made me look a)5 years younger and b) like some gypsy fortune teller...

 

Didnt sleep much at all last night...one or two hours maybe. Had a dream involving my mum and a red collection box with an American flag on. She was knocking on doors collecting money for a bible group, and i was trying to persuade her not to for some reason

Took Fae in to the vets for her spay operation. Shes never been out in the carrycase before and she wasnt very happy. Found it hard to leave her. Asked them to put her favourite toy in the pen with her, so i hope they do

Ate a non-organic apple as it was all that was left in the fridge. Ewy. Im so sleepy, im off to bed

 

1. Went for a walk
2. Emailed my tutor about professional indemnity insurance.. stupid fucking litigious culture.
3. Bought some new drawing pens!! (I get excited about the most random things...)

 

1. Walked back along the 'wooded footpath' and sang One Way really loud and hoped noone was within a 2 mile radius.
2.Went to tescos and made sure my I had enough meat-free food to last me a week
3. Bought a sachet of chai tea and discovered that I can't afford soya milk right now.

 

It's going to be one of those days...

1. Accidentally hit the turn off instead of the snooze button on my alarm clock, and was woken at 8am by shouts of 'I'm turning the water off now'. Joys of cleaning my teeth at school...
2. In ICT I picked up my bag, stood up, lost my balance and crashed back into the chair and moving it about 5 foot. I love being the sole representative of comedy channals.
3.Had a staple go down my nail. Owww.

 

I have done nothing today so will do yesterdays!

1) Went for something to eat and some cocktails - the first one was so strong (same guy who made the other incredibly strong cocktail) that we couldn't drink it all. So we got another one which was much nicer!
2) Went to see a film but it was so hot in there I almost died! Pretty funny film though.
3) Finally found the lipbalm I have been searching for for such a long time, I was pretty happy! The joys of my town!

 

1. Met my friends for lunch (well, breakfast really)
2. Hung some wallpaper
3. ... nothing yet.
