Hehe, well thanx for caring:) Im ok though...i hate talking to people about my problems, i always feel like im spreading ugliness around and putting weights on people...why should anyone else be tainted with all my inner horribleness when they dont have to hear such nasty things? Thats what i say

    Ill be fine:)

I am a strong believer in bathrooms. let me explain: Feeling depressed, tearful or whatever? Run a steamy hot bath, pour some radox(Relax or Stress relief). Light some candles and burn some sweet oil in a oil burner. Then sink into the bath like Titanic and let the aroma send you on a journey to the land of peace.

I don't mind, I got some incense labelled "uplifting" today, so that oughta balance any upsettingness out :)

Trying not to be too mh nurse like, but people who say that they have cried, for example, tend to want to talk about what happened, but don't really know how to, or like you said don't want to burdon people. But that isn't the case - people wouldn't ask if it was! :)

    Anyway......

    1) Worked for 14.5 hours, was a mix of feelings as to whether I liked it or not - a lot of talking involved!
    2) Came home, had some toast, jumped in the shower and prepared for another long day and a lot more talking to managers tomorrow
    3) 'Reflected' on the day and how there are nice people about and that I hope that in a few years I can be half as good as them!

    Hmmm, here we go again...

    Tuesday
    1.Travelled up to Lancashire
2.Went into Lancaster, made up some answers and went into mcdonalds with my 'mate' Andrew and the german girl Lucy who spent 10 minutes laughing at me over not a lot.
3.Got to the youth hostel and had yummy, organic and fairtrade food. Later tried to get into the pub, failed, so spent the evening playing spin the bottle and getting embarrassed.

    Wednesday
1.Went caving, which was really good but bloody freezing!!!! Had to go up to my chest in 4 degrees water, brrrrr.
2.Walked on a great limestone pavement and went down a random pothole.
3.Spent the evening doing not much as everyone was watching the telly. Watched boys getting drunk, which was hilarious, but they didn't give me any...

    Thursday
1.Sat on the minibus, heard a scrape and a craaaasshhh as we left the youth hostel, the back window got caught on the stone gatepost!! Helped stick cardboard over the window.
2.Had a truly amazing walk in the lake district, saw a real life U-shaped valley and misfit river and ribbon lake and hanging valley and walked along an arete. Didn't swim in the tarn though, colder than the caves!! Geography geek that I am it was the high point of the trip.
3.Played random stuff like hide and seek, got strangely hyper on coffee and sugar for about 10 minutes and tripped over a box whilst laughing to the wonderment of the hostel staff. Watched half of Skins then got chucked put the lounge, bah.

    Friday
1.Packed up, cleaned room, ate breakfast etc. etc. etc.
2.Started off to follow a river along its course, then it rained so we went off home.
3.Spent 5 hours in the mini bus listening to the levellers, got back at twenty to seven.

As an aside, I enjoyed it, but I also had salt put in my apple crumble, tape put over my ladder, juice spilt in my place, got left in a dark room and other various things and when I complained got told I couldn't take a joke. Didn't know one girl could be that immature.

    1) I went to bed around midnight. To be accurate, it may have been quarter to, due to clocks being fifteen minutes fast. I slept like a duck. I awoke a few times, but fell back into dreams. Had some strange dream about being a Sky installer. But at some point, I dropped my work for the needs of a woman I loved. Strange?

    2) I got up at around 11.15am. Well rested, but nil by mouth at present. Listened to some music, and watched the start of the swimming athletics on BBC1. Reminder everyone!!!! DOCTOR WHO IS ON AT 18.45 tonite;)

    3) Went to the library. I walked down Limes Grove when I heard someone call my name. I recognised that voice, but didn't see who called. It was so familiar. Maybe someone I knew a long time ago. When the sun used to shine in its jealous sky and we would run across the fields of gold. I don't know. Would have been something to talk about I suppose. The usual muslim converters with their table, just opposite Gamestation. The usual grey pigeons with their gormless features, the usual old people, the usual Election desk with posters saying, "VOTE KEN". I tried invain to seek out a Conservative desk. But no, Lewisham is under Labour majority. It is all the same to me now.

    Yesterday:

    1. Popped down to London and spent most of the day pottering around Camden, bought a decent pipe and grinder and got some hemp porridge (which I ate this morning, rather tasty)
    2. Watched the On the Verge film, which was bloody funny/scary.
    3. Ended up partly-agreeing to help out at about 20 different events and protests, most of which take place half way through my exams :S.
    4. Made about 8 ballsups on the way home, tiredness based.
    5. Realised why scene kids get so much abuse from chavs, good god they're annoying.
