9/11 Commission Report

This wasnt a back room interview. I remeber seenig it. It was held in a moving vehicle. The interviewer and Bin Laden in the passenger seat riding around NYC for crying out loud! Did anyone else happen to remember this report? And it is also not true that no terrorism was to believed to have emenated from Afghanistan simply because we had been survielling al-qeda activity since the early nineties 9perhaps even earlier). President Clinton even went so far as to launch missile attacks on Bin Laden's training camps in Northern Africa and in Afghanistan during his administration. I take what people tell me and what I read and see reported on TV news with a grain of salt. I need to make up my own mind what resembles truth. There is noone pulling any woo; over these eyes if I can help it. The reality is that the truth of what happened that day still remains hidden. Logic defies the conspiracy that we attacked ourselves. Some even speculate that Jews did it. There are lots of rumors flying and the only thing close to hard evidence is what I saw with my own eyes. It seems entirely within logic that a surprise attack from within the States by terrorists could've happened. The delays and shortcomings of our National Defence, including human error and bureaucracy, also seems within logic. Most of what I've read in the media and in articles by "conspiracy theorists" defies logic. So my views might seem to you that I am siding with this commission and I am not...I am a skeptic trying to use logic to develop a valid answer in my own mind, with my own resources, in my own time. You nor anyone else, unless they have some credible and substantial proof of some other scenario, can sway me with hearsay and suspicious objections.

 

I do however love these links there is some interesting stuff there! But I mean...The New York Post?????? Have you ever read the NYP? It is a tabloid! I would never take anything the NYP said seriously. The day before that there was a picture of Batboy on the cover! hehe!

 

I stand corrected on the 1998 bombing, indeed you have the right of that. Nevertheless, "defies logic" that elements intent on the firm realisation of an agenda of permanent war within this administration - elements whose covert (or shall we say attempted covert) criminal activity is a matter of record back to the Reagan era - should have conspired to perpetrate a shocking event of a magnitude capable of traumatising the public and so implausible to the American psyche (long indoctrinated into the "we are the good guys" mindset) that few would dare question (and those who did and continue to do so easily painted as lunatic fringe by the compartmentalising influence of mass media???

Sorry, but I beg to differ with that assessment.

As for the NY Post, indeed it is a rag, but there is but a single reference to the Post and it is referred to only to state what actually was the case on that day. Even trash tabloids can be known on the rare occasion to make the scoop on a particular issue. I certainly wouldnt hold my breath or pick one up in hopes of finding such though.

At the very least we agree much remains hidden and I would venture further reamins covered up by administration which has already repeatedly demonstrated a refusal to be held accountable. For me, the logical conclusion which i have repeatedly stated is that a full and broad based public investigation is reuired to indeed concretely obtain the full record if that means forcing the confiscation of the personal files of known key string pullers in the administration, NSA, CIA and DoD. Ultimately the time must come for Washington to remember that it is not empowered to "rule" the people but to be their servants and to submit to public scrutiny when so demanded.

Then perhaps we skeptics, despite our methodological differences, will find evidence of much that has been spun or hidden from view concerning that epoch setting day.

 

You may very well be correct indeed about logic. The facts are not known, nevertheless that is exactly what logic is intended to do. Find the closest thing to truth by evaluating the relation between two statements. In regard to the lies present in the media, the government and the internet, I'm sure you can understand my cautious filtration.

Contrary to what my detractors here would love to think in order to simply dismiss me, I have sifted through a mountain of material in the past several years and spend most of my research time comparing, as you say, conflicting commentary. I just happen to find more plausibility (having ongoing experience with our foreign policy aparatus and elements of our defence establishment (including some of our major arms producers whose European heads i have come to know well)) in suspecting this is tied closer than most would wish to believe with the PNAC agenda.

Ive been reading stuff written by osama and friends for years long before 9/11

and there is nothing that makes me think that he wouldnt or didnt order a attack like 9/11

in the last ten years about a 100 countrys worldwide have either had attacks or attacks have been foiled

but really whether it was osama isnt that important , because there are a raft of other groups with the same or very simular ideology

hezbollah are if anything as dangerous as al-queda and more dangerous than either is the theology, Iran will soon have nukes, pakistan already has them sooner or later so will some islamic terrorist group

I think the people that think that 9/11 was a us government conspiracy should spend more of their time talking to people who wish to blow themselves up
