He called me an ass. Hahaha!

Anyone who thinks all opinions are equal truly is a fool.

I will only modify my statement slightly, though I doubt it will make you tighty-rightys happy.
The Republican party sucks balls. They are freedom smashing, tax and spend warmongers. They perpetuate world terrorism as they decimate the environment.
If you support the GOP and their actions, then yes, you suck.

(ahem) Thank you very much. God bless America. :p

This is a perfect illustration of what is wrong with the republican party today: they don't make honest arguments to support their views. The analogy presented in this story is complete nonsense, and here's why: If I "donated" gpa points to another student, I would be significantly worse off and they would be significantly better off. On the other hand, if I make $10 million a year, I could pay $4-5 million in taxes in order to afford those less fortunate than myself basic human rights such as education and health care, while still living very comfortably myself.

you are right. it is foolish of me to waste my time responding to your lame opinion. who ever said i was a tighty-righty? why dont the people on this forum who bitch about politics so much go out and do something about it? do you think writing about how republicans ''suck balls'' is going to change anything? or do you think that by following an 'unconventional' life style you are really 'sticking it to the man'? i hope you realize that our government cannot be changed overnight, and it doesnt seem like you are offering any great solutions here.

Good god, enough bashing. Y'all aren't any better than the fools over on military.com who do this partisan bashing bullshit.

Get over your damned selves already.

  6. people don't die because of low gpa's

    they do because they're poor

and I'd give up the grade points

irrelevant anyway so long as I'm passing (I have a damn cavalier attitude and you won't change it)

  7. And that's why democrats don't landslide, they suck at educating their own enough so that they can defend their soft bellies

if wealth was totally redistributed the richest would be totally screwed and the poor would be barely helped, think about taking a 200 foot high 3/4 pvc pipe and emptying it into a 15 foot pool, same affect..... read up, learn to defend your concepts in a real fashion

  8. did you notice the cavelier attitude thingie? I'm a different creature than most people, 15 minutes in my head would totally change any persons outlook on the universe, it's a different place in here and I'm happy with my views, it lets me know that "good jobs" aren't just the ones that society says are good jobs, come on really think about it, what good are degrees becoming? You spend x amount of money to aquire y knowledge in a particular setting, if you aquire it elsewhere society deems it invalid and you have to take a different route, the biggest lie in history is the true merit based society, never has and never will happen, I've never encountered an enviroment where C was average or A truly was exceptional, in an enviroment where anyone can achieve an A merit is a lie, college is a lie, and money is a large scale barter organizational tool

reality is not what is, it's what the majority of people say it is with very few enviromental variables that govern it beyond that

    welcome to the "real" world

Bush got into the air guard with a 25% passing mark, the lowest possible. He also had a C average in college. Yet look where he ended up. :)

Why does every one have to be a "Republican/Conservative" or "Democrat/Liberal"? What's with all these stupid labels? No-one can even agree on what they mean! They're just stupid kiddy insults to throw at one another in the absence of any real political nous.

Dubya didn't have to go to the dean to borrow GPA points from the other students. He simply went to Daddy Bush for the clout and money to get into the guard, college, and the White House, at which point Daddy Bush smiled and said, "Welcome to royalty!"

just write down "self-proclaimed genius" on your next resume and see how far you get. college is a standard of measurement. and the reason that college degrees are becoming less valuable is because more people are getting them. we have scholarships and financial aid to help people out. why dont you go move to africa? it seems you are very disgusted with america

wouldnt the other person need to find time to be tutored as well? i also dont understand where you came up with tutoring? if both people have the same access to the professors, it just boils down to the amount of time they have to study. i have never needed a tutor, and yes i do work while i am in college too. yes, unfortunate things like a woman's husband dying do happen. such is life. life is not fair. but we also have things like student loans, however, nothing is perfect.

so if someone doesnt agree with you they should not live here thats very logical:rolleyes:

  19. I have enough other organizations and people willing to say I'm a genius to nerf that self proclaimed bit

and if you're willing to pay for my travel and living expenses I'd gladly leave your country, I mean you're so keen to have me gone from it aren't you?

and I'm not just disgusted w\ america, god knows that is the base of my problem but all of human society is a horrendous joke, a comedy of errors, get some empathy, look at some other points of view, maybe you won't sound like such a love it or leave it dumbass next time

btw I'd love to live in a yurt in africa

My parents have always been liberal, and in fact have become MORE liberal as they've gotten older. So I don't agree with the OP.
