It is NOT being sold as "legal bud" it clearly states NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION in all capitol letters and in bold print.

When was the last time you saw that on a beer or pack of cigarettes or a cigar? NEVER.

You ever seen a spray can that said "Caution: Do no intentionally inhale vapor. Avoid contact with skin or eyes."
It is the same type of disclaimer.

If it was sold as "legal bud" it would say something more like "This smokable blend of aromatic herbs..."

Any store clerk that tells you to smoke it like tobacco, should be fired. It is the same thing as telling people to buy whip cream and inhale the gas. It is clerks suggesting abusing an item against what the label says that is against the law...
