    Again no, Candy darlin' - the Volks railway runs from east of the pier (you can see it in the background) to Black Rock - a place just this side of Brighton Marina. The Photograph also displays the wheel, sadly no longer there, it was taken down when when Virgin built the i360 tower.

    There are some really good character sites you have posted Candy - and seeing what another place looks like can be fascinating (I guess that's the writer/artist in me)
    Although I am slightlty disappointed in them ....
