People are real assholes. I'd try talking to the guy once, and if he doesn't move his truck like a gentleman, start getting nasty!

Yeah just tell him it is not working anymore like this and if he doesn't change his parking behaviour I would go with the fence option. It seems he is not totally unreasonable since he came to you about the parking issue himself the first time right.

I thought he seemed reasonable at first. This guy has lived in his house his entire life, roughly 50 odd years. Our house has been vacant for over three years. The man was able to take liberties until now. He has five vehicles. That's not my problem or concern. There really is no Q where his propery line ends and mine begins. He moved his truck back further down the driveway, however it's right up against my garage now. His truck is probably only on about 6 inches of his actual driveway. There's really no reason for this, other than the man trying to mark his spot like a dog, despite it not even being his.

It looks like we can put up a fence up to 4 feet in height with no permit. That's getting done pronto. He's just going to have to use street parking, which there is ample of, for some of his other vehicles. Fucker.

all things are little and big at the same time. there is nothing wrong with this earth that does not begin and end with human thoughtlessness.
