What I meant was that your insurance company has a lot more resources than you do.

 

Of course they do... They are also getting a full third of what I get each month to insure my home and car. If I make any claims, that will go up even higher and I will be considered "high risk" for a longer period of time even though I didn't do anything wrong. Catch 22



High risk status happened because my last place burned to the ground. They treat you (me) as if I purposely torched that place. Prior to that I had never made a claim to home owners insurance. In my whole life, prior to that fire, I had made one claim for a car accident that was not my fault.



It's a crazy world we live in.... and I'm really getting tired of living in it.

FFFarmer has been turning in failed crops to insurance on my property since he started using it... No his name is not on that list. Probably should be though.




Rain has stopped for the moment. I went out to do a quick look at a pile of wood fence posts the previous owner left in a pile.... Most are good enough to use, treated wood, 8 inches by 5 foot and enough to cross that field. I came in to check ordinances. I may have to get a permit and permission of the adjacent property owner to install any fencing. Fuck all! At least the adjacent property owner is the lady in Germany so that shouldn't be an issue. An other possible issue... I may need to show "need" for said fence.... This could be a problem. Zoning may side with FFF because around here farmers are king. :motherfuckingrolleyes:


Why do they have to make this so fucking complicated.... Oh yeah, farmers are king. They get to lobby for changes to suit their operations and at the same time fuck with property owners rights.

i signed a petition to allow island residents to ride on the ferry during the 2 dangerous goods trips eah Tuesday and Thursday.....right now they have special trips for gas trucks etc....no passengers allowed on those runs...
