    Wow! Thank you! :)

I always try to be as honest as I can. It's the right thing to do but also....I kind of have a crappy memory so if I'm always honest, I don't have to try to remember what I said last time. ;)

BBAD... Question on those needle bearings before I take that variator pulley off. Are those bearings in a race, or are they loose. I've pulled the pulley up and they all look good, variator slides nice and free but I don't want to yank the pulley and have needle bearings all over the place.

I've been cleaning (some), but OF COURSE I find myself drawn here while I'm taking a break and "building myself up" (with a glass of wine) to deal with cat litter pans and all that that entails. :yikes:

I need to go to Pet Smart for cat grass...but that won't happen now that I've got alcohol in my system.

hell no...my luck is in the negative scale when it comes to driving with anything or with even a trace amount of alcohol. lol

My day, week and possibly year has just been made! I was just at the saw shop and found out they are selling leaf vacuums that are perfect for my yard. It's basically like a lawn mower and you can attach a hose to it if you want. My nemesis will finally be defeated! I hate leaves and every year (just because of how the houses are situated) it seems like every leaf from the entire block ends up in my yard and I'm the only one who doesn't have mature trees out front. I spend hours raking and burning leaves every fall. Last year, it was so wet and I was so busy with my house deal that I couldn't even rake them so they're all over the place. When I came home from work, I told my wife "Dammit! I really need to get on these leaves!" It kind of stresses me out to have the yard look the way it does.

How have I lived this long and not known about those? I've tried the type that we use on residential job sites at work but it still takes forever. I figured the next step up would be way too big. So I'm totally getting one of these and I'm going to mount a cup holder to it so I can enjoy a nice, cold beer while laughing to myself about those damn leaves! Yes....it will be beautiful!

It's this one. You can vacuum down or attach an open front piece and just rake into the vacuum. Or you can use the hose along fences, flower beds, etc.

Edit....it isn't that exact one but one just like it. That's just some google pic I found.

^^^ Problem with those deals is you will spend all day emptying the bag over and over again... Or let it get so packed that you can't empty the bag,

    Ever.

Thanks Man... That's what I needed to know. Time to pull that unit.

I had to pull the gas tank because the old gas cap's rubber seal had disintegrated and there were bits in the tank. Once I got it off I noticed the hose was split... also the outlet was mostly plugged. Still can't figure out why this tractor was running at all.
