move to NY.. if you get caught here with about an oz or less, they will either make you dump your shit on the ground (happened to me before) and let you off with a warning, or keep your shit and write you a ticket (also happened to me).

no probation, community service, drug program... and especially no jail time or criminal status on your record..

you just gotta pay like between 150-175$ usually and its done with right then and there. i am probably moving to arizona in the spring though, and the laws there are totally fucked up too... so i am a little nervous about that.. if you have any drug metabolites in your system there (i.e. if you fail a drug test) you can lose your license! even if you weren't high at the time.. just for testing positive!

damn, how do you people get this fucked over for weed, im dealin with this shit because of possession of LSD. i've been caught with weed once they poured it out in the street and just scared the fuck out of me. But the lsd they straight fucked me over, they treated it as something really serious.
